U.S Complimentary 2-Day Express Shipping:

Complimentary 2-Day Express Shipping is provided for all orders at checkout. This does NOT apply to items, not in stock. You will receive an email notification for custom-made-to-order production if an item is not in stock. Please allow up to 14 days for items not in stock to be produced and shipped. All orders require a signature upon delivery. Your order will be shipped within 2 days if ordered by 2:00 PM (CT) on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed on Monday.

No Return, No Refund - Exchange Only Policy

At FR Jewelry, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our exquisite jewelry pieces. To provide you with the best possible service and maintain the quality of our products, we offer an exchange-only policy. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully:

Eligibility for Exchange:

  1. Condition: To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn or unused.

  2. Tags: The product must still have any attached tags, labels, or security seals intact.

  3. Packaging: It should be returned in its original packaging to ensure safe transit and protect the jewelry.


You may request an exchange within 10 days of receiving your purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot process any exchanges.

Non-Eligible Items for Exchange:

Certain items are not eligible for exchange, including but not limited to:

  • Customized or personalized jewelry.
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
  • Items purchased during a promotional sale or clearance event.

Exchange Procedure:

  1. Contact Us: Please contact our customer support team at to initiate the exchange process. Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.

  2. Approval: Our team will review your request and confirm the eligibility of the item for exchange. If approved, you will receive further instructions, including a return shipping address.

  3. Return Shipping Convenience: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and for your peace of mind and convenience, we provide a complimentary return label with each eligible exchange request. This label allows you to use a trackable shipping service, ensuring your returned item reaches us securely.

  4. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

  5. Exchange: If the item meets all eligibility criteria, we will process the exchange and send you the replacement item. If the replacement item is of higher value, you will be responsible for the price difference.

Important Notes:

  • Once an exchange is processed, it is final, and no further exchanges or refunds will be issued for that item.
  • Any items returned without prior approval or not meeting the eligibility criteria will not be considered for exchange and will be returned to the sender at their expense.
